Items of general interest to delegates attending Congress:
Delegates with disabilities The ICC and NIA are modern buildings and their facilities for visitors with disabilities have been applauded internationally.
If you have any special requirements, please contact the BSAVA Congress Office - email congress@bsava.com. There will be a desk dedicated to disable delegates at registration and staff there will be happy to help in any way they can.

Manual wheelchairs are available for use within the building, free of charge. Please call the Medical Centre to arrange distribution (see Medical Emergencies below)
For those who are unable to access the NIA easily during breaks, arrangements can be made for coffee, tea and lunch bags to be made available at the ICC. Please contact the BSAVA Congress Office to arrange.
For those with a hearing impairment, an induction loop system is available in all conference halls. Inform the BSAVA Congress Office in advance and we can make the appropriate receiver available for your use.
Assistance dogs in work are welcome at both the ICC and NIA.
