If you are available from 1.30pm on Tuesday 2nd April 2009 to 5pm on Sunday 5th April 2009 inclusive, and wish to be a Steward read on. Being a Steward at BSAVA Congress is as much fun as it is hard work and every year we receive many more applications than there are places.
What's in it for you?
Free accommodation (shared twin bedded room)
A daily meal allowance
Provision for 2nd class/economy travel (by coach, train, and air only)
T-Shirts and Sweatshirts provided
£206 Wages (subject to tax & NI deductions)
Stewarding is a great networking opportunity and allows you to experience the world's largest small animal veterinary congress. However, the role is hard work and all Stewards are acting representatives of BSAVA so need to be responsible and reliable. To get a first hand account of what the role involves we recommend you speak to any final year students at your University who have been a Steward in previous years and we are sure you'll get a true account of what is involved in the role.
Click here to download an application form. Due to the high number of applicants, any applications received after the deadline cannot be considered and will be added onto our waiting list.
